Dr Ashi Aesthetics
These terms govern the provision of aesthetic consultation and treatment services.
1. Consultations
All treatments are subject to a comprehensive medical consultation. Treatment suitability will be determined following clinical assessment.
2. Clinical Discretion
Dr Ashi reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate or in the patient’s best interests.
3. Treatment Outcomes
Aesthetic medicine involves individual biological variation. Results differ between patients. No guarantee of specific outcomes is given.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees are discussed during consultation. Full payment is required prior to or on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice
5. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with appropriate notice.
6. Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
7. Aftercare
Patients are responsible for adhering to aftercare guidance provided. Failure to follow medical advice may affect results and recovery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
